Would you like to feel better in your body and move with more ease?

Ortho-Bionomy treatments help clear patterns of pain and guide your body in finding its correct alignment. When used in combination with private yoga lessons it will help you gain more awareness about your body and retrain your brain so you can move more efficiently in a way that suits you. This will prevent pain and tension from coming back, help you prevent injuries and make you fell more at ease in your body.

In order to help you, Marie will combine her knowledge of Ortho-Bionomy, meditation, breathing techniques and yoga.

Combining regular treatments with regular movement with awareness is the true key to change patterns of pain, improve posture, learn to push your limits safely, improve performance or to simply feel better in your body.
